Quiko's new Bird Wellness Kit for Consumers is a great way to assure that a newly acquired bird adjusts to its new environment with as little stress as possible. The kit contains three components; classic egg food, MPM Super Powder, and a free egg food cup. The MPM Super Powder is actually four Quiko products, Multivitamin, Plus, Rusk and Med combined in the correct proportions. This is so simple to use. Take one scoop of the MPM (use the free egg food cup as the scoop) and combine with one scoop of cold water, let soak. Once the water has been absorbed, add 4 scoops of the Classic eggfood and stir. Use the scoop as the serving dish. Refrigerate the remainder. This uses half of the products in the kit and provides the supplement for 6 days for one bird. The balance should be kept in a dry cool space and mixed for the second six days.
